Alana Hartman from the DEP and Stephanie Banik from the Cacapon Institute worked with Ms. Park's and Ms. Biddle's classes, concentrating on invasive species and assisting with the initial cleanup of our campus Rain Garden. 🌸 The presentation began in the classroom, where Ms. Hartman taught the students about invasive plant species in our area. She included various examples for the students to examine. 🌿 The lesson then moved outside to the campus Rain Garden, located between the Sevigny and Bannon buildings, where the students engaged in cleaning the Rain Garden. 🌧️
