The WVSDB Human Resources Office strives to recruit and retain highly qualified faculty and staff in each department who are dedicated to achieving the goals of the WVSDB and who are aligned with our vision.  By providing a supportive workplace that allows faculty and staff to succeed in their roles, we believe WVSDB and our students can accomplish the goals and expectations set forth in the WVSDB mission. WVSDB HRO staff work directly with the West Virginia Department of Education to deliver appropriate and consistent services to the WVSDB faculty, staff and students.
