2021-2022 Calendar Public Meeting

WVSDB will hold two public meetings on its proposed 2021-2022 school calendar held via Zoom . These public meetings are required by WV Code ยง18-5-45.

The first public meeting will be on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 3 pm and the second public meeting will be on Friday, April 30, at 9 am.

A link will be sent to individuals who register at https://bit.ly/3dcqwTv. Registration information can also be found on our website and Facebook page. Comments may be emailed to Jennifer Wolford at jlwolford@k12.wv.us.

Inclement Weather

Due to the impending inclement weather, WVSDB Students will be instructed via remote/virtual learning on Friday, February 19th. Day buses will not be running.

2-hour Delay

WVSDB will be on a 2-hour delay for Tuesday, February 16th. Day buses will also run on a 2-hour delay.

School Messenger SMS Information

School Messenger is currently experiencing issues with SMS notifications. Please be aware that if there is need for a weather related announcement this weekend, you may not receive an SMS text. Phone calls and emails are still working, and you can also reference the WVSDB Facebook page. We apologize for any inconvenience and are actively working with School Messenger to remedy the problem.
